AMERICREDIT CORP. (NYSE: ACF) today announced the pricing of a $227 million offering of automobile receivables-backed securities under the AmeriCredit Prime Automobile Receivables Trust (APART) platform, which represents loans originated through distribution channels the company has suspended. The lead managers are J.P. Morgan, RBS and Wells Fargo Securities. AmeriCredit will use the net proceeds from this securitization transaction to pay off debt outstanding on the Company’s prime/near-prime warehouse facility.

Kodiak Oil & Gas Corp. (NYSE Amex: KOG) today announced the closing of its previously announced public offering of 13,800,000 shares of common stock, which includes the full exercise of the underwriters’ over-allotment option of 1,800,000 shares. All shares were sold at a price of $2.20 per share. The net proceeds of the offering, after deducting underwriting discounts and commissions and Kodiak’s estimated offering expenses, were approximately $28.6 million.

Princeton National Bancorp, Inc., (NASDAQ:PNBC), the holding company of Citizens First National Bank, today reported results of operations and financial condition for the third quarter of 2009. Net income for the third quarter of 2009 was $760,000 as compared to $1,898,000 in the second quarter of 2009. Net income available to common stockholders was $440,000, or $0.13 per diluted share, for the quarter ended September 30, 2009, compared to net income available to common stockholders of $1,575,000, or $0.48 earnings per diluted common share, recorded in the second quarter of 2009. In comparison to the third quarter of 2008, earnings per diluted common share decreased $0.53 and net income available to common stockholders decreased $1,747,000. The lower net income is attributable to an increase in the loan loss provision and insurance assessments by the FDIC.

This is the first reported data from an open-label, controlled comparative study of once-monthly Hematide compared to three times per week epoetin alfa (EPO). These results were presented at the American Society of Nephrology (ASN) Renal Week 2009 in San Diego, CA. Separately, Hematide is currently being evaluated in four Phase 3 trials for the treatment of anemia associated with chronic renal failure.
